The hotel is situated in a beautiful, well-looked-after area, making it a safe and pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. However, the security guard at the front reception desk was unwelcoming and rude at times. The location is convenient, close to major sites of interest and within walking distance of the bus terminal going to Essaouira.
